Every dieter’s dream is effortless weight loss. Dream on, you might say. But in reality, it’s a perfectly reasonable aspiration. After all, if gaining weight is so easy, losing it should be a straightforward reversal of the same process.

And the truth is, weight loss can be made a whole lot easier by tuning in to your body’s natural cycles. You need to work with your body, not against it.
