Hello, first of all congrats on your journey and being able to heal yourself despite all the difficulties.
I am still in that process, I suffer from IBS-C and I am considering taking a comprehensive stool and urine test. I live in Europe so I will most probably have to find a specialized clinic where they can perform such test.
My question is however, about the article. In the article you said after the test you started taking pro-biotics, which is great. I missed however how you realized you needed to take them and how you chose the right pro-biotics for your case.
Hi Stefano. I was lucky in that I was a nutrition student, so had access to labs and supplements. But most importantly, to information! So I had a good idea what to do. A stool and urine test may be just what you need. May I suggest that you do these tests under the guidance of a nutrition practitioner? The laboratory that I used, and that covers Europe, is Genova Diagnostics – https://www.gdx.net/uk/ They can advise you of a practitioner in your area. A practitioner will also advise on what probiotics to take. Good luck with your healing journey – sounds like you are on the right track.
